Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company"), the Main Market listed acquisition company, announces that, further to the announcement made on 8 April 2026 ("CLN Announcement"), AC8 has successfully secured funding commitments of £1,000,000 through the proposed issue of unsecured Convertible Loan Notes ("2026 CLNs").

The 2026 CLNs will be issued to incoming investors, in accordance with the terms set out in the CLN Announcement, with the proceeds from the 2026 CLNs to be used to support the Company's near term working capital requirements, as described in the CLN Announcement.

The issuance of the 2026 CLNs remains conditional on approval by shareholders of the Company of the requisite resolutions at a general meeting of the Company, as set out in the CLN Announcement.
