Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 30 June 2026 regarding the recommended all-share offer for Intuitive Investments Group plc (the "Acquisition"), the Board of Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company"), announces that a notice of general meeting is being made available to shareholders today and will be uploaded to the Company's website at https://acceler8.ventures.

The General Meeting will be held at 9.30 am on 03 August 2026 at 28 Esplanade, St. Helier, Channel Islands, Jersey JE2 3QA. At the General Meeting, resolutions will be proposed to approve the acquisition of Intuitive Investments Group plc, the issue of the consideration shares required to effect the acquisition, and other related matters.

A prospectus, which will contain full details of the proposed acquisition and admission (the "Prospectus"), is expected to be published on or around 15 July 2026. A further announcement will be made at that time.
