Hui10 secures commercial rights to Forbidden City's Imperial Palace Museum Qianlong Garden project
Agreement covers immersive digitised exhibition expansion and exclusive merchandise rights
Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company") announces that Beijing Huishi Chunyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Lucky World"), an operating subsidiary of Hui10 Inc. ("Hui10"), has entered into a commercial cooperation agreement with China Culture & Tourism (Beijing) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. ("China Culture & Tourism") for the Qianlong Garden immersive digital exhibition project.
Under the agreement, Hui10 will utilise its TEAM CHINA merchandise design team, working with China Culture & Tourism, and Lucky World's established Weimeng mini-programme e-commerce infrastructure to generate exhibition-related income and merchandise sales while helping bring Chinese cultural heritage to wider audiences. Hui10's scratch-card design team is also developing Qianlong Garden holographic paper scratch cards linked to collectible digital artefacts. This builds on existing expertise and infrastructure without requiring a new standalone platform.
The agreement runs to 31 July 2030. China Culture & Tourism is wholly owned by China Culture Media Group Co., Ltd., a central State-owned cultural enterprise supervised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Under the agreement, Lucky World has secured:
· 50 per cent of specified IP-licensing and exhibition-design and construction-plan fees from qualifying expansion agreements; and
· exclusive rights to design, produce and sell authorised merchandise supplied through the project's physical exhibition shops.
The Hui10 team is also developing physical holographic scratch-card concepts linked to digital representations of Qianlong Garden artefacts and potentially tradable digital artefact assets.
The Qianlong Garden immersive exhibition opened at Beijing's National Library on 9 July 2026 and is scheduled to run until 6 December 2026. The digital touring format can broaden access to the Garden's cultural content without increasing visitor pressure on the original site, where conservation is a priority. Successful delivery can support local visitor activity and deepen Hui10's working relationships with state-owned cultural partners and participating city governments.
The Company is pursuing additional qualifying exhibition agreements with up to 10 prospective host cities. These agreements are expected to create further opportunities to monetise the relevant IP rights.
"Qianlong Garden gives us an opportunity to build a valuable commercial business while helping more people experience an exceptional part of China's cultural heritage. We can bring the same TEAM CHINA merchandise team, our established Weimeng commerce infrastructure and our scratch-card design expertise to that task. By delivering well for our cultural partners and participating cities, we aim to deepen relationships and demonstrate the practical contribution Hui10 can make to cultural access and local visitor economies. Our focus is to turn that shared ambition into successful exhibitions, appealing products and sustainable commercial returns."
