Amendment of Loan Covenants Facilities

Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc ("the Company") announces that it has amended its credit facility with Bank of America, N.A., London Branch (the "Loan Facility").

With effect from 26 March 2026, the loan covenants under the Loan Facility have been amended and require that the Company's net assets will not be less than £125 million (previously £200 million).

£30 million of the £40 million Loan Facility is currently drawn. No other changes have been made.
