ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC



 On 3 April 2008 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 10,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 222 pence per share. Following
the buy back, there are 16,263,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
