AMENDMENT TO ANNOUNCEMENT

This announcement replaces the announcement released today at 15:02hrs

The earlier announcement read that the "shares were issued at a price of 322p
per share".  The share price was incorrect and should have read 322.5p per
share.  Please see below the correct announcment

Issue of Equity

The Company announces the allotment on 6 April 2006 of 400,000 Ordinary shares
of 25p each under its block listing facility.  The issued share capital is now
31,886,208 Ordinary shares.

These shares were issued at a price of 322.5p per share.  The fully diluted net
asset value per share at the close of business on 5 April 2006 was 312.49p.
