As announced in the announcement of the results of 3i Group plc for the year to 31 March 2026 issued on 14 May 2026, Stephen Daintith, non-executive Director of the Company, did not seek re-election as a Director at the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2026.  Accordingly he ceased to be a Director of the Company at the end of the Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2026.
