The Company is pleased to announce that it will be changing its name from Vault Ventures PLC to SENTRY 7 PLC.

A further announcement will be made upon the name change becoming effective on Companies House, following which the Company will apply for the new name to be reflected on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market.

The new name, Sentry 7, reflects the Company's focus on developing technology that acts as a digital sentry for regulated financial institutions, enabling them to prove, years later, what was communicated and that it has not been altered. This focus on the long-term integrity and authenticity of digital records is increasingly relevant as the financial sector transitions to post-quantum cryptography. The change also marks the Company's move from assembling its programme to bringing its first product to market, under a new Chief Executive.

Proposed CEO Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the proposed appointment of Mark Evans-Smith to the Board of the Company as an Executive Director and CEO, subject to completion of standard due diligence checks.

Mark's appointment is the next step in that plan. The Company has brought together its technology partners and begun its work with regulators. The task now is to turn that into paying customers among regulated banks. Mark has spent his career building partnerships between large organisations, technology companies, investors and government, and turning them into commercial results. He has worked with several of the Company's technology partners before, including on the Emergent Alliance.

Mark was Global Director of Partnerships and Ecosystem at Rolls-Royce's R² Data Labs, whose work is associated with more than £200m in revenue; Platform & Capability Director at GSK Consumer Healthcare; Commercial Director for bp, where he secured a £5m external acquisition offer; and Chief Operating Officer of listed Toople.com plc. He is a CoFounder of BridgePointAI and advises a London family office.

A further announcement will be made in due course, including disclosures required under AQSE Rule 4.9 and confirming his appointment as of that date.

Mark has spent his career doing exactly that inside some of the world’s largest organisations, and the Board is delighted to welcome him.”

Mark Evans-Smith, Proposed CEO and Executive Director, said:

Director Resignation

The Company also announces that Jeremy Woodgate, a Non-Executive Director of the Company will be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect. The Company thanks Jeremy for his commitment to the Company from its early stages and throughout the progress it has made in recent years.
