SURGICAL INNOVATIONS GROUP PLC
DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING - CORRECTION
On 23 June 2008, Surgical Innovations Group plc ("the Company")
announced that Graham Bowland, Finance Director, had sold 258,749 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 2.58p per share (the "Shares") to his Self
Invested Personal Pension (the "SIPP"). The announcement stated that his
beneficial interest remained unchanged as a result of the transfer.
The Company has been notified that in November 2008 Mr. Bowland was informed
that, due a misunderstanding between himself and HSBC, his pension
administrators, the Shares were not sold to his SIPP and remain beneficially
held by Mr Bowland. Furthermore, on 20 June 2008 HSBC purchased a further
258,749 ordinary shares in the Company in the market for a price of 2.37p per
share on behalf of the SIPP.
Consequently, since 20 June 2008 Mr. Bowland's beneficial interest in the
Company has comprised 517,498 ordinary shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of
the issued share capital.
