Final Dividend 2007

St Ives plc - Final Dividend

The board of St Ives plc has proposed a final dividend of 12.15p per ordinary
share. Subject to shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting, it will
be paid on 7 December 2007 to shareholders on the register as at 9 November
2007.

If approved, this will make a total dividend of 17.15p per ordinary share for
the 53 weeks to 3 August 2007.
