Serval Resources Plc (AIM: SRVL), a company focused on building an independent copper and future metals developer, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 30 November to 31 December with immediate effect.

 

Accordingly, the Company's next audited financial statements will be prepared for the 13-month period ending 31 December 2026 and will be required to be published on or before 30 June 2027.

 

The Company's next financial year will run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with unaudited half-yearly report for the six months ending 30 June 2027 due on or before 30 September 2027.
