The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the addition of
NatureNettingâ„¢ to the Ceres Media product portfolio which was the subject of a
news release recently, it has satisfied a substantial initial order for the
product of £95,000.

The product has been made and delivered to the organisers of a major public
sporting event this summer and was manufactured and delivered to the customer
against a very tight schedule.

NatureNettingâ„¢ is a compostable plant based natural netting with high tensile
strength and excellent covering characteristics. The netting can be used for
mesh cover or barrier fencing. The availability of this novel material has been
enthusiastically received by the organisers of external events, concerts and
festivals and for whom the product was developed.

After use, the material is biodegradable and compostable in accordance with
relevant US and European standards becoming a natural fertilizer and soil
conditioner. As a result, NatureNettingâ„¢ does not pose the same threats to the
environment that current materials do when they are sent to landfill for
disposal. NatureNettingâ„¢ provides a fully compostable and biodegradable option
now for outdoor events and festivals.

Commenting on the first sales of addition of NatureNettingâ„¢, Alex Dowdeswell,

order for in excess of £95,000 has reported that it was totally satisfied with

number of other outdoor event organisers looking to use a material with
environmental credentials for their events. We can use our proprietary
materials knowledge to create a robust and sustainable product to exacting
specifications desired by the end users which gives us a huge advantage over
competing products which may not be environmentally friendly. We are very
