Issue of Equity
The board announces that it has issued and allotted 194,444 new ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 18 pence per share in lieu of an outstanding
liability. Following the issue of equity the Company's share capital comprises
31,973,961 ordinary shares of 1 pence per share.
The 194,444 new ordinary share rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares. Application for the 194,444 new ordinary shares has been made to the
London stock Exchange, trading in these shares on AIM is expected to commence
on or around 13 February 2012.
