In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that, as at 24 August 2026, its capital consists of 25,692,810 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each with one vote per share (the " Ordinary Shares ") and 17,128,540 B shares of US$0.01 each with one vote per share (the " B Shares " and together with the Ordinary Shares, the " Shares "). No Shares are currently held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 42,821,350.

The above figure of 42,821,350 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
