Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 23 November 2009 was 245.97p (ex
income) 246.53p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,170,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 23 November 2009 was 245.78p (ex income) 246.33p (cum income).
