Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 22 February 2010 was 256.77p (ex
income) 258.73p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,471,523 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 22 February 2010 was 256.19p (ex income) 258.07p (cum income).
