guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 19 February 2010 was 257.74p (ex
income) 259.73p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,471,523 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 19 February 2010 was 257.10p (ex income) 258.99p (cum income).
