Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 26 January 2010 was 252.48p (ex

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,458,555 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 26 January 2010 was 251.90p (ex income) 252.91p (cum income).
