guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 22 January 2010 was 254.34p (ex
income) 255.41p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,458,555 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 22 January 2010 was 253.58p (ex income) 254.60p (cum income).
