Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 13 May 2009 was 205.81p (ex
income) 207.14p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,343,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 13 May 2009 was 205.42p (ex income) 206.69p (cum income).
