guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 21 May 2010 was 267.39p (ex
income) 269.06p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,203,011 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 21 May 2010 was 267.23p (ex income) 268.85p (cum income).
