guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 18 May 2010 was 280.06p (ex
income) 281.62p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,278,011 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 18 May 2010 was 279.70p (ex income) 281.21p (cum income).
