Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 29 December 2009 was 256.21p (ex
income) 257.37p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,165,998 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 29 December 2009 was 255.65p (ex income) 256.77p (cum income).
