guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 29 July 2009 was 212.07p (ex
income) 215.11p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,898,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 29 July 2009 was 211.78p (ex income) 214.71p (cum income).
