guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 14 July 2009 was 197.16p (ex
income) 199.98p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
1,898,250 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 14 July 2009 was 196.90p (ex income) 199.62p (cum income).
