guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, for Finsbury Growth &
Income Trust PLC at the close of business on 23 February 2009 was 170.86p (ex
income) 173.26p (cum income).

Fully Diluted

The estimated un-audited net asset value, assuming the reissue of all of the
2,428,750 shares currently held in treasury, at the closing mid-market share
price on 23 February 2009 was 170.57p(ex income) 172.85p (cum income).
