Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 30 June 2026

Evrima Plc, an investment issuer focused on commodities, mineral exploration and development, announces its unaudited interim financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

The Company's principal investment during the period remained its holding in Eastport Critical Metals Corp. ("Eastport”). The Board continued to follow Eastport's progress and the wider commodity and international developments bearing on its value, and to assess the appropriate timing and approach for the Company's holding.

Evrima's strategy is unchanged. The Company will consider additional investments in the natural resources sector where the Board is satisfied that the opportunity offers a credible prospect of a return for shareholders, and it continues to evaluate such opportunities as they arise.

Evrima remains committed to pursuing opportunities that support shareholder value. Updates on material developments will be provided in future announcements.

The half-yearly financial statements are unaudited and have not been reviewed by the Company’s auditors.

Notes to the group interim financial statements

  1. Basis of preparation

The interim results of Evrima Plc are prepared in accordance with the requirements of FRS 104 Interim Financial Reporting and are prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in the last financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. Evrima Plc expects to apply the same policies in its financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026.

The financial information for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and for the six months ended 30 June 2025, neither of which have been audited nor reviewed by the Company's auditors. The comparative financial information for the year ended 31 December 2025 has been derived from the audited financial statements for that period.

  1. Events after the interim reporting period

On 7 July 2026 the Company announced that Power Metal Resources Plc, the 87.71% owner of Kalahari Key Mineral Exploration Company (Pty) Ltd ("KKME"), in which Evrima holds an 8.93% interest, had commenced a 1,600 metre core drilling programme at the Molopo Farms Complex Project in south-western Botswana, targeting five priority geological and geophysical targets on the eastern feeder zone. Prospecting Licence PL 311/2016 has been renewed for a further two years to 31 March 2028.

On 15 September 2026 the Company announced that Eastport Critical Metals Corp. ("Eastport"), in which Evrima holds 1,184,310 shares together with 503,370 warrants, had reported assay results from the first diamond drill hole (SEM005) at its Semarule rare earth elements project in Botswana. The hole intersected 330 metres at 0.21% total rare earth oxides ("TREO") from 20 metres, including 47.5 metres at 0.64% TREO, 7.5 metres at 2.52% TREO and 2.5 metres at 5.95% TREO, with magnetic rare earth oxides comprising approximately 28% of TREO. Assay results from the remaining seven holes of the Phase 1 programme are awaited.
