Defence Holdings PLC (LSE: ALRT), the UK's software-led defence technology group, announces that it held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG, at 3.00 p.m. on 22 September 2026. All resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting were duly passed on a poll, and the results were as follows:
