Cadogan Energy Solutions plc ("Cadogan" or the "Company") today announces that its Chairman, Mr. Thibaut de Gaudemar, has purchased on 30 April 2026 a total of 3,828,943 ordinary shares of £0.03 each, in the capital of the Company, at a price of £0.045 each.

Following this purchase, Mr. Thibaut de Gaudemar holds in total 3,828,943 shares representing 1.52% of the Company.

Cadogan is an independent multi-energy group, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, operating an exploration and production license in Ukraine, with two gas exploration licenses in Northern Italy.
