The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

On 27 March 2026, the total number of ordinary shares held for the Sterling Share Class was understated by 144,385. This occurred until 21 April 2026. The total number of ordinary shares held for the Sterling Share Class have since been corrected.
