Pricing Supplement for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc’s A$ 350,000,000 6.622 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Notes due 18 September 2031 (the “Notes”) issued under its A$10,000,000,000 A$ Secured Medium-Term Note Programme (the “Programme”).

The Pricing Supplement contains the final terms of the Notes and the aforementioned must be read in conjunction with the information memorandum dated 1 September 2026 (the “Information Memorandum”) which constitutes admission particulars for the purposes of the International Securities Market Rulebook.
