NOTICE TO THE HOLDERS OF THE OUTSTANDING

Anglian Water Services Financing Plc

£200,000,000 6.625 per cent. Guaranteed Bonds due 2029
(ISIN: XS0093312550 ; Common Code: 009331255)
(the “ Bonds ”)

Reference is made to the terms and conditions of the Bonds, as set out in the bond trust deed originally dated 21 August 1998, as supplemented on 15 January 1999 and 30 July 2002 (the “ Conditions ”).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Bonds of the exercise of the Issuer’s call option (the “ Issuer Call Option ”) pursuant to Condition 9(c) of the Conditions of the Bonds. The Issuer will redeem the Bonds pursuant to such Issuer Call Option on 25 February 2026   (the “ Redemption Date ”) at redemption amount of £218,694,000 calculated pursuant to Condition 9(e) ( Optional Redemption Amount ) of the Bonds plus interest accrued (but unpaid) to and including the Redemption Date.

Following the redemption of all outstanding Bonds on the Redemption Date, the Issuer will request the UK Financial Conduct Authority to remove any reference to the Bonds from the Official List.

This notice in respect of the Bonds follows an announcement [1] by the Issuer in respect of its intention to discontinue the ratings coverage from S&P Global Rating Europe Limited.
