New Contract Win

Acuity RM Group plc (AIM: ACRM), the software group specialising in the cybersecurity sector of the Governance, Risk and Compliance ("GRC") market, announces that it has entered into a new three-year contract with an organisation within the UK public sector (the "Customer") for the supply of the Company's STREAM® risk management platform. At the customer's request, its identity is not being disclosed.

Contract details

Under the contract, the customer will license STREAM® and the associated platform for fees of £45,000 per annum, together with initial services fees of £24,300. The total contract value is £159,300 over the three-year term.

Initial and prospective use

STREAM® will initially be deployed for use by a single team within the customer's organisation, addressing a specific and defined set of use cases. Other teams within the customer's organisation have expressed interest in extending use of the platform beyond these initial use cases to support risk management at the enterprise level, and Acuity is already actively working with one of those teams. On that basis, the Board is hopeful that the organisation will expand its subscriptions in the future.

David Rajakovich, Chief Executive of Acuity RM Group plc, commented:

"We're seeing the investment we've put into targeting the UK public sector pay off, and this contract - bringing a further public sector organisation onto STREAM® - is a good example of that. The initial deployment is focused on a specific set of use cases within one team, and we are in discussions with other teams within the organisation about wider use of STREAM® as an enterprise risk management tool."
