SBB strengthens its ownership in Arlandastad Group AB (publ)

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has, through a subsidiary, acquired 5.8 percent of the shares in Arlandastad Group AB (publ) from Gelba Management AB. Following the transaction, SBB's ownership amounts to 20.0 percent of the shares in Arlandastad Group. The purchase price amounts to SEK 42 per share.
