Due to the reduction in share capital, the total ownership of Canica Investor AS in Orkla, which amounts to 50,050,000 shares, has increased from 4.99 to 5.08%, and thereby crosses the 5% threshold.

As announced in the stock exchange notice of 26 May 2026 regarding the Hagen family’s continued ownership in Orkla, Canica AS is responsible for exercising the voting rights and other shareholder rights in Orkla for the shares in Orkla owned by Canica Investor AS, Tvist 1 AS and the estate of Stein Erik Hagen through a shareholders’ agreement relating to their joint ownership in Orkla. Following the reduction in share capital, the total ownership of the parties to the shareholders' agreement has increased from approximately 25.003% to 25.41% of all outstanding shares.
