Decreased number of shares and votes in Neobo

On 22 April 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Neobo") resolved on a reduction of the share capital by SEK 26,640,140.52 by redemption of 5,150,737 shares held by Neobo in treasury at the time of the Annual General Meeting, consisting of shares repurchased under previous share repurchase programs. The reduction was completed in July 2026 following permission from the Swedish Companies Registration Office. As a result, the number of shares and votes have decreased by 5,150,737 during July. As of today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Neobo amounts to 140,880,066. As of the same date, Neobo holds 1,428,954 own shares in treasury.
