Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting

Nelly Group's Nomination Committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting has been appointed in accordance with the current instruction for the Nomination Committee adopted by the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee comprises Victor Mellgren, appointed by Rite Ventures, Stefan Palm, appointed by ettfemsju själ AB, and Alexander Antas, appointed by Mandatum Life Insurance Company. Victor Mellgren has been appointed Committee Chair.
