Stockholm — Medivir AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: MVIR), a pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative treatments in areas of high unmet medical need, announces that the number of ordinary shares, class C-shares and votes in Medivir has changed during September 2026 as a result of the conversion of 142,365 class C-shares to ordinary shares. The conversion has been carried out as a part of the delivery of shares in the company’s incentive program LTIP 2023.

As of 30 September 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in Medivir amounts to 626,487,237, of which 624,179,439 are ordinary shares and 2,307,798 are class C-shares. The total number of votes amounts to 624,410,218.8. Each ordinary share carries one (1) vote and each class C-share carries one tenth (1/10) of a vote.
