Retirement of Ian Hargreaves

The Board of Invesco Asia Dragon Trust plc (the "Company") has been informed by its Manager, Invesco Fund Managers Limited, that Ian Hargreaves, one of the three Portfolio Managers of the Company, will retire from Invesco on 31 March 2027 after more than 30 years with the firm.

Fiona Yang will continue in her role as lead co-Portfolio Manager alongside Marc Ye, with Ian Hargreaves continuing as co-Portfolio Manager of the Company until his retirement.

The Board thanks Ian Hargreaves for his stewardship of the Company's portfolio and his significant contribution to shareholders over many years and looks forward to continuing to work with him until his retirement.

The Board remains confident that the Company's Portfolio Managers, supported by the Invesco Asia and Emerging Market Equities team, will continue to implement the Company's investment strategy in accordance with its investment objective. The Company's investment philosophy, process and portfolio construction framework remain unchanged.
