WithSecure Corporation updates its disclosure policy, discontinues publishing outlook and publishes its financial reporting schedule for 2026

The Board of Directors of WithSecure Corporation has approved the company’s updated disclosure policy, effective from 1 January 2026 onwards. The changes concern discontinuation of publishing interim reports and result outlook.

From 1 January 2026 onwards, the company will publish a half-year report and a financial statement release according to the schedule below and will no longer publish an outlook.

The updated disclosure policy is available on the company’s website and as an attachment to this release.

During the financial year 2026, WithSecure Corporation will publish financial information as follows:

30 March 2026: Financial Statement Release 2025
30 April 2026: Annual Report for 2025
16 July 2026: Half-Year Financial Report for January–June 2026

WithSecure observes at least a three-week (21 days) silent period prior to publication of financial reports, during which it refrains from engaging in discussions with capital market representatives or the media regarding WithSecure’s financial position or the factors affecting it.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 21 May 2026. The Board of Directors will separately convene the meeting.
