Elopak ASA: Proposed dividend of EUR 0.065 per share for the first half of 2026

The Board of Elopak ASA (“Elopak”, Oslo Børs ticker: ELO) has declared a dividend of EUR 0.065 per share for the first half of the financial year 2026, pursuant to the authorization granted by Elopak’s annual general meeting in May 2026.

The semi-annual dividend corresponds to 52.5% of normalized net profit for the period, in line with Elopak’s dividend policy, and will be paid in NOK in October 2026.
