Changes in number of shares and votes in Egetis Therapeutics

Stockholm, Sweden, September 30, 2026. The number of shares and votes in Egetis Therapeutics AB (publ) (“Egetis Therapeutics” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq Stockholm: EGTX) has changed in September as a result of the exercise of employee stock options granted under the 2022–2026 and 2023-2026 employee stock option programs.

The total number of shares in the Company is unchanged at 490,828,605, but the number of ordinary shares has increased by 18,338, from 464,947,224 to 464,965,562 and the number of C shares has decreased by 18,338, from 25,881,381 to 25,863,043. The total number of votes in the Company has increased by 16,504.2, from 467,535, 362.1 to 467,551,866.3.
The share capital is unchanged at approximately SEK 25,833,094.110797.
