The Company has been notified that Oasis Management Company Ltd., a person closely associated with Daniel Wosner, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has entered into a transaction in respect of the Company’s securities.

Oasis Management Company Ltd. acts as exclusive investment manager to Oasis Investments II Master Fund Ltd. (the “Fund”). The Fund has entered into a cash-settled total return swap in respect of the Company’s ordinary shares.

The notification below is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
