Capita plc – Directorate Change

Capita plc (the “Company”) announces the following change to its Board.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Radhika Chadwick as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 September 2026.

Radhika brings extensive experience of public sector transformation, large-scale outsourcing and the application of data and artificial intelligence. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Niscai Ltd (formerly ImpactLoop Ltd), an artificial intelligence and data analytics business she established in 2024. She was previously a Partner in the Public Sector Practice at McKinsey & Company from 2020 to 2024 and, from 2014 to 2020, a Partner and Head of Central Government at EY, where she also served as Global Head of Data and AI in Government. Earlier in her career she held senior roles at PwC, EDS (subsequently Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and A.T. Kearney, and co-founded Carbon Clear Ltd in 2005, which was sold in 2017.

Radhika is Non-Executive Chair of PRISM (the Partnership for Research into Sentient Machines), which fosters collaboration on AI safety and governance, and was a Non-Executive Director of the Restorative Justice Council Ltd from 2020 to 2024.
