With reference to the AGM 2026 minutes, BW Energy is pleased to announce that Mr. Carl K. Arnet has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors.

Carl K. Arnet

Carl Krogh Arnet is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BW Energy, a position he has held since 2019. He brings more than 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to the Board.

Prior to joining BW Energy, Mr. Arnet was CEO of BW Offshore and Managing Director of Advanced Production and Loading (APL). He has also held various positions at Norsk Hydro (Statoil Hydro) and Conoco UK.

Mr. Arnet holds an M.Sc. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).
