Changed number of shares and votes in Acast

During September 2026, the number of shares and votes in Acast AB (publ) ("Acast") has changed due to warrants having been exercised under the company's employee stock option program 2023/2026 which was adopted by the annual general meeting on 9 May 2023. This has resulted in 2,779,524 new shares and votes in the company. Additional warrants may be exercised under the employee stock option program 2023/2026 during the remaining subscription period of the warrants.
 
As of 30 September 2026, there are in total 185,244,784 shares and the same number of votes in Acast.
