Northern Data Group in advanced negotiations with RUM Group Inc. regarding a long-term lease agreement of its site in Maysville

Frankfurt am Main – 24 August 2026 – Northern Data AG (ETR: NB2) (“Northern Data” or “the Group”), a leading provider of AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions, today announces that it is in constructive negotiations with RUM Group Inc. regarding a long-term lease agreement of the Group’s site in Maysville, Georgia. The contract will include customary provisions that will be negotiated and agreed upon on an arm's-length basis.

Negotiations between the two parties are in an advanced stage and Northern Data expects to sign the lease agreement shortly. Once concluded, the agreement would place one of Northern Data's largest sites under a long-term contract and generate stable, recurring lease income for the Group.
