Transaction in Own Shares

Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the “Company”) announces that between 28 August and 03 September, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced by the Company on 08 July 2026 (the “Share Buyback Programme”), it has purchased the following Non-voting ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (“Non-voting Shares”) and A ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (“A Shares”) in the Company through Peel Hunt LLP (“Peel Hunt”) on the London Stock Exchange.

The purchased Non-voting Shares will be cancelled and the purchased A Shares will be held in Treasury, following which the Company will have 22,501,810 Non-voting Shares and 38,048,005 A Shares in issue (including 152,779 A Shares in Treasury).

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of UK domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended), the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Peel Hunt in respect of the purchased Non-voting Shares and A Shares under the Share Buyback Programme.
