The Company hereby announces that Tracy Dodd, Chief People Officer, transferred 9,156 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the for nil consideration to a nominee account and that Simon Dodd, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 5,378 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the for nil consideration to a nominee account. Following the transfer, the PDMRs beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
