Appointment of CEO as Non-Executive Director of Hollywood Bowl plc

Young’s is delighted to announce that Simon Dodd, Chief Executive Officer of the company, has today been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of LSE-listed leisure business Hollywood Bowl plc with effect from 1^st November 2026.

The Board of Young’s considered the appointment, following a review by the nominations committee, and is satisfied that the role is complementary to Simon Dodd’s executive responsibilities and will not adversely affect his ability to discharge his duties to the company. The Board believes that the experience Simon gains from being a Non-Executive Director will also bring strategic value to Young’s.
